Posted by edupositions under 2008年第3/4期. 在幼儿园中，什么样的活动可以称之为 游戏 通常认为， 游戏 不同于 工作 、 劳动 等工具性行为，而跟 审美 、 艺术创作 等活动类似 是不受外部强加规则制约、重过程而非结果、儿童自愿参与并能满足他们身心发展需要的一种活动 [1]. 判断一个活动是否是真正的游戏，最关键的标准之一是游戏者自身的体验，即看儿童是否能在该活动中获得一种 开心 、 好玩 的感觉，看他们是否 自觉自愿、无外在动机和目的 [2]. 事实上，在幼儿园日常活动中，一线教师对 什么是游戏 、 幼儿园的游戏活动如何开展 等问题的回答往往五花八门。 本研究试图就以下问题进行探讨 幼儿园的老师们怎么看待游戏，特别是儿童的自由游戏 即没有成人的干预完全由儿童自己发起和持续参与的游戏 城市与农村幼儿教师在对儿童游戏的看法上有何区别 老师们对游戏的理解是否会影响到幼儿园中儿童的游戏体验，特别是他们对自由的体验. 但即使在 条件 允...

Posted by edupositions under 2008年第3/4期. 自80年代中期户籍控制松动后的中国城乡人口流动，到了90年代初就呈现出家庭迁徙 family migration 的趋势。 一些学校因为缺老师，就降低招聘标准，但这样更是陷入一种恶性循环 低学历无教学经验的雇佣教师，往往也是仅仅将这个职业作为进城打工的 跳板 的，一旦找到其他工作，就转行走了。 但在当前的公立教育系统对民工子女仅仅半开放的情况下，民工子弟学校的存在虽 不合法 ，但却被认为是 合理 的，就这样，大多数民工子弟学校还是在没有正式办学许可的情况下被默认存活了下来。 这样出现一种 逆向选择 现象 reversed selection ，即成绩好的学生更倾向于选择转走。 教师中的大部分人，认为自己的工作只不过是 打工族 中的一种职业，他们对自己的身份认同，首先是 进城民工 ，其次才是 教师。 11月 1, 2008 at 1:16 下午.
