Wednesday, March 03, 2010. I'm a day late. lo siento, papa! A very very VERY happy birthday to my Papa Bear. I won't tell you. When I did something for him. an. D he did- to Rod Stewart, to be exact. He'd always change the music in the car from something Melissa and I chose to Neil Diamond when we fell asleep. Then he'd slowwwwwly turn the volume up, until we were startled awake by "Forever in Blue Jeans." He'd always yell "ahhhhh, hello! Happy birthday, dad. Love you more than you know.

Tuesday, June 05, 2007. Mama's got a brand new bag. Awwwwwwwwwww yeaauuuhh. It's started! I went to my first Tests and Measurements class yesterday at UCA. It's a prereq for the school psych program, so I'm puttin' a lot of eggs in a $700 basket that I'm going to get in there. Fingers crossed! The class looks like it's going to be pretty interesting, not that difficult, but a lot of work. I already have a test over the first four chapters of the book (panic officially sets in! It was raining when we woke up and it was raining when we went to sleep. Thunder even woke me up at 4 am this morning. This was not just a drizzle either. This was a downpour!
