Dodging (verb) – to change suddenly, to elude or evade / commas (noun) – a mark indicating a pause or separation. I love to read and this year I’m determined to read at least 52 books – one a week – in an effort to rekindle a passion for words that suffers because of the usual complaints … You know the ones: I don’t have time, I’m too busy, etc. If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment! I love a challenge and I am working on reading things outside my usual repertoir! Web of Air by Philip Reeve*.

Dodging (verb) – to change suddenly, to elude or evade / commas (noun) – a mark indicating a pause or separation. In 2011 I read 84 books in 12 months. While I don’t expect to match or beat that goal, keeping a record of everything I read was definitely a motivational tool to get me back into a regular habit of reading. With that in mind, I’m going to repeat my goal of 52 books in a year (a book each week) for 2012. I am the Cheese by Robert Cormier. Witch Week by Diana Wynne Jones. Ruined by Paula Morris.
