Love of My Life. A Piece of Idea. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Another craving that I can't buy in the restaurants here is the lechon so I search Youtube on how to make one so I can have some. Luckily, I found this bake lechon recipe instead of making a lechon kawali which is deep frying the pork meat with skin on. What I'm after of this is the crispy pork skin. I was doing some chores and dcided to put her down on her sister's bed to take a rest while thinking of what to do in the room. I was blowing her armpit to sound like a fart. My oh my, I thought I was on track with the weight I gained but the Nurse Practitioner who handles me said "Have you been eating"? If only I'm in the Philippines right now, then I'll follow what the NP told me. But I am thousands of miles from my homeland. So my best option is to just listen to my body.
