Goals, Goals, Goals. Just a little Umph! Monday, June 25, 2012. It's been a little while since I have updated you all on my "fitness progress." So here is what I am up to now. After we talked a little more, we decided that maybe we should try to run at least some of it! Now as I have said, I am NOT a runner. So I downloaded the Couch25K app on my phone and started working my way through it. I'm officially on week three, and I surprise myself each time I run! I could barely run at all when I first started.

It was wonderful to see everyone, but it's always busy. I usually feel like I need a weekend to recover from the weekend when we go home. It's worth it though. Goals, Goals, Goals. Just a little Umph! Saturday, January 28, 2012. A whole new meaning to NEW YEAR. Tearing down our home and packing up in 3 weeks was tough. We were both still working full-time! My husband left for work at 1:00 am n didn't get home until 3:00 pm Needless to say, he was going straight to bed when he got home, which left me to do all of the packing for the most part, on top of packing up my classroom where I was working. Goals, Goals, Goals. Just a little Umph! Monday, August 6, 2012. Day 8 of 24DC Weigh-In Results. One full week down! Last week was tough, which the first 10 days always are [it's the cleanse phase]. So my body was kicking out all the bad toxins in my system and I was just a little "blah." HOWEVER, I now only have 2 more days after today on the cleanse and then it's the MAX phase, which is full of vitamins and nutrients and makes me feel AMAZING! I'm looking forward to seeing my results at the end of this 24 Day Challenge. Here is how my day will go today:. 5:30 am - Rise and Shine. 5:45 am - SPARK. 6:00 am - Gym Time (Ran 2 of 3.1 miles). 7:00 am - Shower. 7:30 am - Fiber Drink. 8:00 am - Breakfast (2 scrambled eggs). 10:30 am - Snack. 12:30 pm - Lunch.
