12300;舉頭望螢幕，低頭滑手機！」已成為現代人生活的最佳寫照！眼科醫師表示，以往造成近視的主要原因多是光線不足，但近來卻發現導致大眾近視的原因，卻是過度使用光源太強的3C產品所致！ 眼科醫師林鴻源表示，過去不少民眾都有躲在棉被裡面看漫畫，或是在房間用小燈看書的經驗。由於光線不足，容易拉近閱讀的距離；再加上長時間近距離閱讀，會導致睫狀肌持續收縮，產生痙攣，造成眼球前後軸的拉長（器質性變化），形成近視。 近年來卻發現，現代孩童近視的主要原因早已不像過往那麼單純。事實上，在智慧型手機、平板的崛起下，過度使用光源太強的3C產品，眼睛受光過多，才是釀成近視的重要關鍵。 林鴻源醫師指出，光源太強之所以會導致近視發生，主要與螢幕光線與環境對比，反顯周邊環境光源不足，使眼睛容易疲勞，造成睫狀肌過度收縮，引發假性近視所致。此外，3C產品光線太強除了會導致罹患近視的機會大增外，更有使黃斑部病變、早發性青光眼、白內障提早報到的可能，不可不慎！ Https:/ www.top1health.com/Article/244/26695. 張貼者： E RYJH. 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).

記者 段楚禎 報導 2015/08/24. 12288; 現代人工作、上課、休閒娛樂，日常生活早已離不開3C商品。隨著行動上網越來越普遍，三不五時低頭滑手機的下場，就是罹患頸頭疼痛症候群，而求診的人數更是有增無減。 12288; 根據TWNIC台灣網路資訊中心調查，2012年全台上網人口超過1,700萬人，上網率高達7成5，較2011年成長3.4個百分點，上網人口中有超過4成4的使用者，以手機或平板電腦為主要連網設備。 12288; 頻繁使用3C的結果，使得因頸部疼痛、頭痛、頭暈、耳鳴等身體不適，求診的人越來越多。根據書田診所統計，因頸頭疼痛症候群就診人數較20年前倍增，且50％以上集中於25至50歲。 12288; 書田診所復健科主任潘筱萍表示，頸頭疼痛症候群是指在頸部有慢性疼痛，且合併有頭痛、頭暈，甚至耳鳴、吞嚥異常等症狀。好發於頸部肌肉重度使用、長期勞累、頻繁使用電腦手機、常臥看電視，又缺乏適當休息與運動者。 Http:/ www.cardu.com.tw. 張貼者： E RYJH.
