Monday, June 21, 2010. Earlier this month we had the opportunity to go spend a week at my parents house. It was great to relax and visit. In addition to that both my brother and sister were able to come for a few days while we were there too. It was so great to all be together! Friday, July 23, 2010. Elly has recently discovered her feet and can be found like this throughout the day. She loved to pull them up and play with her toes. She has also become a pro a yanking off her oxygen cords, her poor face is getting so red and irritated from it. She went in this last week for a sleep study to monitor and test her off of the oxygen. She seemed to do well but we don't get the results from the doctor for a few weeks still. We are really hoping it will be the end of the oxygen. He go...

Friday, February 11, 2011. My sister Laura and I have the same birthday 6 years apart. As a kid, it really bothered me.but as we've gotten older the more and more I love it! I can't think of anyone better to share my special day with! This year for our birthday we got to "get away" for a weekend. We got a hotel stay from our brother Stephen, we got $ $ from our parents for pedicures and shopping, and a certificate for dinner from my wonderful hubby Dave. It was great! Our Toes, mine are the green ones.

Wednesday, December 30, 2009. A Long Overdue Update. It's been a month since I've posted any sort of real update.the problem is there just isn't enough hours in the day. Everything from before still needs to get done, plus I lose 3-4 hours between driving and Elly's visits, and another 3 or so hours is lost each day to pumping. Monday, January 31, 2011. The day before her birthday, I took Elly up to her old "home" the NICU at NCBH. We brought cupcakes, and a card to celebrate her birthday and say thanks to the awesome staff that helped us sooo much! Everyone was so surprised by how much our Little Elly had grown.
