Eine Familie in Freiburg. Tuesday, November 27, 2012. Just because I took lots of pictures of our preparations, I thought I would share a few. First off, Edwin helping with pie preparations. He actually was well behaved and entertained in his chair while I mixed, etc. There goes the bowl! A finished pumpkin pie, slightly overdone due to not understanding that we were working with convection. To eat or not to eat? My very own apple! This is a real keeper. Like how to climb from the ottoman up to the table.

It has at the same time given me enthusiasm and allowed me to sleep in and curl up with the quilt or book. I've gone outside in sandles. I've gone outside in a skirt. Eine Familie in Freiburg. Monday, February 18, 2013. I don't have much time to spare right now, but I want to get these thoughts out from my walk while Edwin sleeps. We did well on eating all our food before we go. Thankfully we also gave some away. Edwin really needs every day (at this moment) to get outside walking, to take two naps, to go outside being carried and to eat a banana. That's what gives us the best outcomes for sleep.
