October 3, 2008. Tearing out the bushes! Last Friday, 09/26/08, Amber, Kobe, Kali, and my Mom came over to help me get rid of some of the bushes in my front yard. I've never liked the bushes and have wanted to get rid of them for as long as I can remember. We finally just went for it! We worked until dark and got two of the bushes down to the roots. November 13, 2009. We're having a baby! Everyone probably knows this by now but I still need to post it - We're having a baby! We went in for our 16 week check-up on October 27th. I was really hoping to find out the baby's sex but the baby didn't want to be found out just yet. Dr. Johansson tried to get the baby to move to get a better view, but no, he or she crossed his or her little legs! Nick has thought the baby is a girl all along. I don't care either way, I just want a happy, healthy baby.:).

March 30, 2010. 14 days to go! Well, we're only 14 days away from our due date now - cRaZy! We went in for our 38 week check-up yesterday. Adelaide is around 7 lbs 4 oz now and is doing well. The doctor said I'm dilated to a tight "one", not much progress since last week but I'm okay with that. I go back for my next check-up on Thursday, 04/08/10. :). Posted by Nick and Nikol. December 11, 2009. We went in for our "target ultrasound" this week - Monday, 12/07/09. We were finally able to get a good view and confirm that we're having a girl! I'm excited to finally be able to pick stuff out! She is healthy and on target for our April 13th due date. She weighs about 1 lb., 1 oz. and is about 6 1/2 inches from crown to rump right now.
