Mix 1st 4 ingredients- press in 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup cool whip and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. One 39-oz pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix. 1 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Peanut Butter Frosting (between layers of cake). 5 ounces cram cheese, at room temperature. 1/2 stick (2 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature. 25 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted. 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter, preferably a commercial brand (because oil doesn't seperate out).

This recipe makes a large batch, about 12-15 servings. 3 lbs chicken breast, boiled. 1 jar mango salsa (I used Newman's Own Mango Salsa, or you could make your own with this recipe). 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained. 1 T taco seasoning. Place ingredients in a crockpot. Cook for 6 hours on low. Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred. Return to crockpot and serve on tortillas. May add cheese and tomatos. Enjoy! Saturday, November 29, 2008. 2 packages of yeast (regular) not rapid . 1/4 cup warm water. Beat 3 eggs and add to cool yeast mixture then add shortening/sugar mixture. In pan heat and stir until dissolved . 1 cup hot water. Remove from heat and add until dissolved 1/2 cup white shortening. Add 4 1/2 cups of sifter white flour. Let rise until 2 times the size (about 30 minutes). Beat down with spoon. Grease top, cover, put in fridge for 8 hours. Roll out, let rise for 3 1/2 hours. Friday, November 28, 2008.
