Egon and I are back at home after our week staying at my friend’s house with her two little dogs, and every day so far Egon has asked to go outside first thing in the morning. Well, first thing. I should say. He does have priorities, you know! He scoots on his little butt right over to the front door and waits there, staring at me expectantly until I get the cart and set him up for an outdoor adventure. It’s pretty adorable.

Iedere avond als ik vanuit mijn werk naar huis loop kom ik langs het park waar een enorme vleerhonden kolonie woont. Deze week was ik er net voor zonsondergang – dus net voordat ze vertrekken vanuit hum slaapplek in de bomen, op zoek naar eten. Ik heb toen even een half uurtje staan kijken en fotograferen.
