Tuesday, July 14, 2009. It’s been quite a while since my last post! So today, I give you…a smattering:. I went to Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan for Golden Week to meet up with my long lost exchange student friend from high school, Tsuguru! Tsuguru lives in Furano, a very famous tourist area in Hokkaido. In the summer this farm has fields of gorgeous flowers that make huge stripes of color. As you can see, I was a little early. :). Walking field trip in the Tennoji area. How awesome is that!

Thursday, December 25, 2008. What a merry Christmas it is! Though I miss my family and friends terribly, I have encountered blessing upon blessing since arriving in Japan.
