Eiffel Towers and Cupcakes. Friday, January 8, 2010. With another heat wave upon us, I decided to make today "Cooking Day", that way I can serve the food with salad over the next few days. I made the most delicious mini quiches that are so easy to make I thought I would share the recipe with you. These bite size morsels are perfect entertaining food too! I should include a disclaimer here. the recipe is from Martha Stewart with the exception of the pastry (I hate making pastry). 1/2 cup heavy cream.
