Running & Fitness. I’ve officially entered my 4th week of half marathon training and I live to tell about it! So far so good as half marathon training goes I guess. I’ve only had one snafu so far. I had to have a minor procedure done last Monday so I was only able to run that morning and then not again until Sunday. I missed two runs last week. I was able though to get my 5 mile long run in with no problems after taking a 5 day break. The weekly races are a family affair! Any help or advice is welcome!
