Of all the things that I think I need. I just need to ask for eyes that can see. And hands and feet to follow faithfully. And just let me by led by You. I wish I could live in a world at peace. Now for the Christian, reading this right now, you might be going, “Schultz, you’re being judgmental yourself of Christians.” Well, you’d be right. Guilty as charged. But since we are a culture of people that have nearly mutilated thousands, if not millions of lives with our judgement. I think it’s only fair to pick on our own team a little bit. Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value. Emotional clarity, when it happens is so rare, that it’s more equatable to a lightning striking and lighting up a night sky. It doesn’t happen very much, but when it does everything becomes clear. Even if it only lasts seconds. For me at least. And you could see the strange shock in his eyes, as with his reply almost expressed a delightful gratitude. As I walked away I saw that he was smiling.
