I am also perfectly concocting a few others, but this in my next post. 2 litres water (still or sparkling). Wash starfruit and cucumber. Cut into thin slices. Add fruit to water. Infuse over night in refrigerator (the longer you keep the fruit in the water the stronger the taste). Next morning remove fruit. Before serving add fruit and Ice. Wash starfruit and cucumber. Kitchen tops and tales. 16 April, 2014. Spring has Hamburg tightly embraced… which is quite unusual. “Normal” is grey with a light drizzle and nippy. For example, last year May I was still frolicking in my winter coat! I have tried these babies in many different ways, sautéed them with cherrie tomatoes and basil etc. but nothing beats the original recipe. Honestly the best way to eat them is sizzled in olive oil (approx. 10 mins) and then sprinkled with sea salt! Minestrone – my way. Hey, DANKE DANKE!
