The first pictures were taken before we moved in. About 2 weeks after we moved in, Suzanne sprayed hairspray on the walls :-0 Well, let's just say that hairspray eats contractor paint! To see life through the eyes of a child is a true blessing. one of the great joys of our day is getting dressed up. James is my perennial "choo-choo man" and Suzanne is well, she's all girl! I'm amazed at the innate difference I see between her and my boys. She likes to dress up and get pretty and what fun it is for mama! You may think it odd to continue our painting adventure in, of all places, the laundry room! Once you realize this is a mudroom that all five of us trapse through every day, you'll understand why it was next! What is a girl to do then, but paint it her favorite color! I am very pleased with how it turned out. She wasn't the most cooperative model this morning, but you get the idea. Suzanne had a great time, although navigating the mole hills proved a bit of a challenge. I need to crop them obviously, but based on the family grouping only - - Which would you pick? Sunday, February 15, 2009. Monster Catch-Up, Part I! Well, it has been a while - here are some updates from October through November! Just a couple of pictures from October for you! The kids had a great time at Halloween. Catherine was a monkey (with a banana - very important! And James was a pumpkin. They were able to go trick-or-treating at downtown Saturday event, and also at Mom's office. They have discovered that this whole "put candy in the bucket" thing is pretty fun! Monday, July 13, 2009. Wow, time flies when you have a 3rd baby, move to a new house, say goodbye to our first au pair Katia, welcome our new au pair Salua, and go back to work! Lots of photos to share - in the meantime, how about some videos? But first - here is a (relatively) current photo of Miss Emma with Grandma Lynne - we were so lucky to have Grandma visit us for 3.5 weeks in June! Short one of Catherine in ballet class:. Tuesday, September 08, 2009. First Day of School! Catherine loved her toddler Montessori program last year, and today was her first day at her new school and the Primary (ages 3-6) program. She will be attending 4 mornings per week. James was very excited for his very first day of school in his toddler program! He will be attending his program 2 mornings per week. First Day of School!
