We are planning another one Saturday, October 18, from 8am to 10am also at Chili's. It's a pancake breakfast and raffle. I'll be selling tickets $5 for kids, $8 for adults. Sunday, April 8, 2007. Rosie Mendez rides in NY Critical Mass. March Critical Mass in NYC was the first ride since the new police regulations went into effect requiring a permit for any gathering of 50 or more cyclists. The police didn't enforce the new rule per say but they did issue 50 traffic tickets and make up to five arrests. Councilmember Rosie Mendez joined the ride in a pedicab in hopes she can educate herself and collegues to try to pass legislation that makes sense. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
