Monday, August 25, 2008. Like a duck to water. This is a few pictures of my parents neighborhood. This is their street turned canal. Their house is up on the right. This is a picture heading the other way. Their house is the first one on the left. Heading out their gate. I saw a little BMW trying to leave and the water was up past the bottom of his doors. There is only supposed to be one body of water and that is the one on the far side, but now there is two bodies of water.barely. Then there was this!

Sunday, February 1, 2009. The first two days of Spirit Week were missed by Bryce as he got a nasty cold that also gave him a slight fever and no appetite and he had no energy. Monday, March 24, 2008. A blessed Easter Sunday. Our little family did manage to capture a few pictures in the living room or other various places in the house, as you will see below. That night, after leaving Connor with a babysitter and Bryce at the Huff's, Steve and I headed out to our favorite restaurant we go to for celebratory events, the River House, and had a very nice dinner. Afterwards, we went and spent the night at the same hotel we spent our first night as husband and wife 10 years ago to the day. Happy 10th anniversary Baby! Monday, September 8, 2008. Thursday, October 23, 2008. Bryce's little birthday celebration at school. Bryce's 8th birthday is on Sunday, so since it doesn't fall on a school day, I asked his teacher what day would be best to do a little celebration with his class and she suggested today at P.E. time. Bryce really liked his little mini-school celebration and thanked me several times and told me I was the "greatest Mom in the world". I'll take those words from him any day!
