Tortilla de coliflor con bacalao. 4 cucharadas de Aceite de oliva. 5 dientes de Ajo. 3 ramitas de Perejil. Una pastilla de Avecrem. 3 trozos de bacalao. Cocemos la coliflor en abundante agua, hirviendo con un puñadito de sal, el perejil, un diente de ajo picado y la pastilla de avecrem, unos 25 minutos. Una vez cocida, la escurrimos y la troceamos. Dejar unos minutos en reposo.
