Persona Design für Chatterbots / Small-Talk-Fähigkeit. Es geht auch anders. Für das Dialog- und Personadesign eines Bots hat das meines Erachtens drei Konsequenzen:. Smalltalkfähigkeit ist kein Nice-to-have, sondern essentiell für einen Bot (mit meinem Bankberater rede ich vielleicht tatsächlich nicht über Fußball, aber über das Wetter allemal). Bei der Darstellung des Bots darf man keine unerfüllbaren Erwartungen schüren. Merke: Je aufwändiger die Persona, desto größer ist die Fallhöhe.
