It was a good little get together for our little branch and Tom and Sixta really enjoyed themselves there. So as you can see things here in San Nicolaas are just running very smoothly! Then she told me yes, and that her daughter had finally told her she wants to have the missionary lessons and be baptized. She was so happy because she's been waiting a long time to help her daughter become converted to the gospel and its now begining to happen. So were going to go over this week to see if she's for real and help her get on track! I truly do love this work!

I wasn’t sure if we’d have a party for her, I was afraid she’d cry the whole time. She kinda doesn’t like when other people look at her, talk to her and especially hold her (only Mom and Dad). April 20, 2010 at 8:29 pm. I think most people love cookies or cookie dough…right! I know I do. So I made some and decided to only bake 2 cookie sheets worth, thinking that it might help us not eat 4 dozen cookies in a couple days. I rolled the rest of the cookie dough into balls and put them in the freezer, to bake at a later time. So how am I coping with 3 kiddos…the cookies and cookie dough are GONE! Isaac’s -almost- 3! June 23, 2010 at 1:58 pm. On Saturday we celebrated Isaac’s 3rd birthday with family. He’s all about cars-so we made a Mater pinata:. Isaac and I made it and Michael rigged it up. It was up by the TV for a couple days before the party and every time I looked up at him, he just made me smile-Mater is just hilarious! Watch out when Sophie and pinatas mix company–that girl ATTACKS! The cake was really yummy! Lighting McQueen just ran into the cactus and Maters gonna give him a tow….

Elder Call's Mission in Vegas. Monday, November 16, 2009. Finally, a baptism in Battle Mountain! Yeah it's a good thing Mom sent me that stuff, I'm not joking its cold over here! Does Mom still think I'm in Vegas? She said she couldn't believe it got that cold in Vegas. Well it doesn't get that cold in Vegas! I'm in the mountain of Nevada! And it gets way cold here! It got to a high of 38 a few days ago and its way high today at a whopping 50! And she would lick up the mustard! Can you believe that!

It feels very, very strange to be at the stage where I can type that. To be honest, I don't think any of it has hit me yet. I feel like I'm just about to get moved to a new area or something. It will probably hit me when I step on the plane. We were still able to find 2 new investigators and see loads of miracles.
