It's also St. Patrick's day so we started off the day with green eggs and ham. I actually made better ones than these but this is the one that posed for a picture. My attempt at green eggs with ham (and bacon and hash browns). We also got to visit with my sister Lina and her husband last weekend. Crazy things happen when we're all together.

We tried- we really did. We went searching for fresh produce and hardly found any. Granted, the supermarkets had great variety, but we wanted to buy directly from the farmers.
