And it was another group of 3, there is nothing better than ending the week like this with baptisms. This week we baptized Luzia, Kelly and Larissa. Mom, Daughter and Granddaughter! Where in the World is the Gibson Family? Tuesday, May 5, 2015. The Preschool Tour of New York City. David was attending a conference down in the city, so we decided to go a day early with him for a fun day. We parked near the temple and headed into Central Park. First stop, the Carousel. We thought ahead and brought the kids scooters, so we scootered through the park to the Central Park Zoo. We got a front row seat for the sea lion feeding. Then we scootered over to a playground to play for a while.

Where in the World is the Gibson Family? Thursday, August 22, 2013. Down time in Hawaii. After a very busy week, we needed a little down time at the vacation house. Bryson and John trying to play a game of pool with cheerleaders, Edward, Ethan, and Kadence. Then for a dip in the pool. And a round of Edward ball. Bryson ball doesn't work as well as it used to. Nathan and Rachel decided to go out for dinner and left Jane in our care. They'll know better next time. Hula Jane" (yes, it's a coconut bra).

Where in the World is the Gibson Family? Monday, February 2, 2015. So David started us off with his specialty egg-in-a-hole breakfast. We have played several rounds of Monopoly Junior, A chutes and ladder kind of game, Spot it, and the twins played with the Uno Attack game flipping cards out at each other. I did take advantage of the falling snow to take some fun pictures of the kids. She was trying to blow the snow, but her blower isn't very powerful. Even Bryson let me take pictures of him. Yay!

Where in the World is the Gibson Family? Friday, May 8, 2015. We love our local farm and especially their baby animal days. We saw and got to pet chicks, baby turkeys, ducklings, goslings. The baby goats running around the barn were a favorite for petting. Before we went, Kadence was especially excited to see the pigs. Kadence loved holding and petting the bunny. Where in the World is the Gibson Family? Friday, October 25, 2013. From the beginning the Ba-Ba's and Silkies (their little silky blankets named by David) were a "crib only" activity. And if they were sad and needed some extra comfort, they could go to their crib for "silky time". One day the babies were on the front porch while I was trying showing them that they could see into their room from outside and I was in their room and I decided to mess with them a little. This is what we called the ba-ba kiss.

Where in the World is the Gibson Family? Sunday, September 28, 2014. Rosh Hashanah Day off from Preschool. Thanks to their Jewish Preschool, the twins ended up with a day off from the grueling work of playing with play dough, listening to stories, and playing on the playground. So what to do with a free morning on a nice day? We opted for a fall bike ride on our favorite trail along the Hudson River. At our mandatory snack break, the twins spent most of the time spreading dandelion seeds. C is for Cookies.
