John, Morgan, Grant, Alice and Jane. Tuesday, June 16, 2015. We were thrilled to have Ruth and Hobie come visit a couple week ago. They're so easygoing and fun to be with. Hobie's cousin lives in our ward, so we got together for a little picnic. It must have been good because Lizzie went into labor shortly after. Grant has been asking me for a can of sardines for weeks. I was finally able to deliver, and he was not thrilled about what he got himself into. The smell was terrible! June 17, 2015 at 7:43 AM.

John, Morgan, Grant, Alice and Jane. Sunday, June 22, 2014. First week in CT. We happily made it to Connecticut! Here's our last picture at the Sacramento airport after Mom and Dad dropped us off. I heard at least 10 times - You have your hands full. I'm thankful to have such great little travelers. Here's what Alice did most of the flights. Grant did some of this. The kids and I had a little pancake breakfast before the moving company arrived. She's more than willing to try to get anything into her mouth.

Tuesday, March 26, 2013. This is the 'compost' birthday cake that Tiffany made for me. The whole family came over to share in the cake. This chocolate cake was also full of gummy worms and leaves made from taffy, 'grass' and logs around the outside, complete with a shovel for serving. Very kind of them. Quinn, as always, is closely observing everything. She will not miss out. Especially in the kitchen. Poor Chloe [Renee Myers doggie] has bad cataracts. The eyes appear as white glass in the photo.

Totally unexpected to find waterfalls like this so close. Also along the western bank is a canal which George Washington had a part in developing, it is now in ruins but impressive. Jeremy, Kristen, Ethan, and Adalyn. Thursday, May 21, 2015. The Texas Tech museum had this Dino day for kids a couple weekends back. Ethan had fun with all the dinosaur themed activities! Adalyn was in her car seat asleep so we let her sleep! Ethan doing pin the tail on the dinosaur. He pulled down the blindfold so he could see before he put the tail on! Jeremy, Kristen, Ethan, and Adalyn. Tuesday, April 14, 2015. We put Adalyn on the blanket for tummy time and Ethan wanted to do tummy time with her! All dressed up for church! Ethan is all ready to fight a fire! His fire hat is from Firehouse Subs and has been stepped on a few times. I think it's time to head back for another one. This is interesting looking isolated thunderstorm off the the east of Lubbock. It didn't hit us but apparently had some big hail. It looks like a mushroom cloud!

Jeremy, Kristen, Ethan, and Adalyn. Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Ethan and I went to visit Jeremy's family in Sacramento a few weeks ago. We did so much and we had a great time! He did great on the flights there and back! Ethan and Toby became instant best friends. Ethan loves to throw the ball and Toby loves to chase it! Ethan learned how to use a fork. Now he wants to at every meal. Having a tea party with Mimi! We went to the Folsom and Sacramento Zoos. Ethan loved seeing the animals.
