Thursday, May 26, 2011. Nicole was chosen to be one of four kids on her school's team to compete at the Davis School District Decathlon! In the standing broad jump Nicole jumped 6' 7". They were only scored as a team so we don't know if that was better than everyone else, but it sure sounds like a great jump! Trying out the broad jump. Yes, cup stacking was an event! Sunday, June 5, 2011. Our First Attempt at Donut Falls. We attempted a hike up to Donut Falls in Big Cottonwood canyon yesterday. We had to hike up a paved road for about a mile before reaching the trail head. That road was free of snow so we thought the trail would be too. But this is what the trail looked like!
