Future plans include renovating the bathrooms, a jacuzzi, some super cool bookshelves in the reading room and lots of landscaping and outdoor features. These upgrades will not cause any changes in the rates, I do them for myself and am happy if ele Shack guests appreciate them. Will I Be Bored. Should I bring a Boat? According to Monroe County code, I can not advertise the property for less than 28 day rentals. That is why I do not show weekly rates but you can stay for one week, it just means I have to block off the rest of the month. Call or email me for availability and rates. Please add 12.5% Resort Tax to your rate and a $100 cleaning fee. Add $50 more to the cleaning fee if you are bringing pets. Our Standard Rates are as follows:. December - May 1 Month. 4,000 per mo. Viernes, 5 de junio de 2009. Bueno, aqui ando, escribiendo de nuevo, ha sido unas semanas algo pesadas la escuela y todo eso. Tuve que salirme del americano, eran las ultimas 3 semanas antes de el corte, pero tambien las ultimas 3 semanas de clases, y entrenar de 5:30 a 9, con clases de 4:30 a 6 y 8 a 10, estaba un poco dificil, hay que decidirse por una =/. Mi madre vino de visita, a l parecer nos iremos juntos. Extraño a Penny U u, cada dia que pasa mas, pero ya pronto estaremos juntos. Besos a todos :p.
