Its been a while since we last updated, but thankfully that is because there is plenty to catch up on. I have never seen so many disappointed orange people. At the time this was definitely charlotte at her crankiest. thankfully i had a fully charged ipod. For 5 pound they turned what could only be described as filthy stumps (we'd done a lot of walking!

Hello all, we have now arrived in Malaysia-Georgetown- having had our first real experience of 'backpacking' having endured an overnight train of 14 hours. Surprisingly, we both slept well, even Eleanore in what could only be described as a coffin. Even she wasn't sure she would fit into this bed. Anyway off to find some dinner,.
