http://needlespinsthorns.blogspot.com/2013/03/sewing-on-saturday-night-with-sylvain.html
Needles, Pins, Thorns. By Any Other Name, I'm Sewing down the Stash in Silicon Valley. Saturday, March 23, 2013. Sewing on Saturday night with Sylvain Reynard. I'm sewing again. I'm currently tracing out Jalie 2796 (the multisport skirt). it looks like a fun pattern! I'm hoping that sewing these garments will help inspire a more active fitness routine. Is this fiction in the genre of 50 shades of Gray or post-Twilight? I haven't read the Gray or Twilight series. March 24, 2013 at 5:25 AM. I just heard ab...

Mud To The A** - Slow roasted for maximum flavor
http://thatpotteryguy.livejournal.com/89772.html
Mud To The A* - Slow roasted for maximum flavor. March 2nd, 2010. 12:19 pm - Mud To The A*. For those planning on attending MTA, either as Indiginous Personnel or as tourons, do you need anything? I'll be there in my capacity as LaBelle Camp Cooker, but I can easily bring along random items of desire; pitchers, curfews, etc. Let me know now, 'cause Mud Through the Ages is thundering down upon us like a giant, thundering thing. March 2nd, 2010 06:21 pm (UTC). Remember the apothecary/butter jar discussion?

Fighting the Dragon: The Granting of Largesse for Virtuous Acts
http://kazimir-petrovich.blogspot.com/2012/04/granting-of-largesse-for-virtuous-acts.html
Being bold, rather than silent . . . Saturday, April 14, 2012. The Granting of Largesse for Virtuous Acts. During a tournament you will see many notable, courageous, and virtuous acts. It is incumbent upon us all, spectators and combatants alike, to recognize those acts that represent the best parts of what we are trying to recreate. Medieval man divined five classic virtues inherent in chivalry. Loyalty, franchise,. Exemplars of each may be seen throughout the day, upon the field and off. More important...

Fighting the Dragon: April 2012
http://kazimir-petrovich.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Being bold, rather than silent . . . Saturday, April 28, 2012. Why do I feel this way? Yeah, THAT is how I feel when I fight rapier these days., for the last few years, actually. I experience a visceral *need* to attack., to initiate something, so that I and my opponent are actually and actively engaged. It's stupid, I know., and it is certainly detrimental to skillful combat, and reputation, and fun., *my* fun, at least. All that stuff makes me feel., inhibited, out of sorts. But, it's not just that.

An Imbalance of Humours. Finding balance in an imbalanced world. Sometimes you don’t need a big idea. I had, what I thought, was a really cool idea; a podcast dedicated to the SCA. I got some great feedback, suggestions for folks to interview, topic ideas…and then life got in the way. This brings me full circle to the podcast. I still think it’s a good idea, but I’m not certain I’m the one to do it. I have other things I’d like to do so we’ll see. Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window). View An ...

A Big Idea | An Imbalance of Humours
https://animbalanceofhumours.com/2015/01/22/a-big-idea
An Imbalance of Humours. Finding balance in an imbalanced world. It’s entirely possible that the only person who sees what I’m about to propose as a ‘big idea’ is me. It’s also entirely possible that I’m the only person paying any attention to this post. Nevertheless, I have an idea I’d like to toss out. I’ve started a list of people I’d like to interview, topics I’d like to explore with you….questions I find myself asking and wonder if others ask those same questions. What do you think?
