Swim, bike, run, repeat. January 1, 2014. 2014 Goals & Training/Competition Overview. I’m happy that 2013 is in the past. It wasn’t my best race year and towards the end of the season, I became unmotivated. However, in terms of health and fitness, I’ve been eating (somewhat) healthier and started CrossFit, which changed my way of thinking about endurance training. 2014 Health and Fitness goals. Make rest and recovery a priority. 8221; (a CrossFit benchmark WOD, which was what I would have done at C-TOWN.

Don't wreck my reputation, let me wreck my own. January 20, 2014. So I’ve written briefly before about my journey through weight loss surgery. On November 8, 2013, I finally had the lap band done. And I say finally because it took a while to get there.
