Scott County Commissioner 2012. For many years, Tom worked at the Minnesota Harvest Apple Orchard where he performed and managed various duties, including baker. Tom was a Purchasing Agent for several years at a computer company, Accudata, in Bloomington. In 1993 he opened and ran a successful Financial Advisor Franchise in Jordan. In 2004 he sold his company to step out of the workforce and stay home with his four sons. Scott County Commissioner since January 2009; Board Chair 2011 and 2012.

District 2 consists of Spring Lake, Credit River, Cedar Lake and New Market Townships as well as the City of Elko New Market and precincts 6 and 8 in the City of Savage.
