But He's already made it plain how to live, what to do, what God is looking for in men and women. It's quite simple: do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, and don't take yourself too seriously-take God seriously. Micah 6:8 The Message. Friday, August 31, 2012. My Natural Preference.(and an update). Here it is from Jesus Calling by Sarah Young:. By Nancy Leigh DeMoss:. By God's grace, I can choose to obey Him regardless of how I feel. I may not be able to cont...

The Fontanas: January 2011
http://thefontanas.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
See what's going on in the world of the Fontanas! Friday, January 28, 2011. Open wide, Giana. That's me trying to feed Giana a Wheat Thin through the glass door. The baby fell for it! It looks like Murphy wants that Wheat Thin too! Giana is climbing over me. Check out the grab she has on my face! Giana has discovered the fun that is inside every tissue box! This is one of Giana's favorite things to do in the house lately! Can you believe Giana is almost 9 months old? She looks like she's in disbelief too.

Big Blue Eyes - The Roberts Family: December Magic
http://roberts-bigblueeyes.blogspot.com/2011/12/december-magic.html
Thursday, December 22, 2011. I was driving home from my parent's house tonight, and oohing and aahing at the Christmas lights with my kids, and suddenly I thought, "Oh my Gosh, it's already December 22nd! Where has the holiday season gone? But before I get ahead of myself, I should share some of the magic we've already experienced this holiday season. The decorations inspired Ruthie's very first word, "Pretty", which I love! Yesthat should be interesting. I have a feeling the reindeer "webkinz" I got...

Big Blue Eyes - The Roberts Family: March 2011
http://roberts-bigblueeyes.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Ruthie has started smiling! She turned 6 weeks today, and over the past week she has seemed to grow up! And what a tan, handsome little man he was. Hard to imagine that we've reached this "first smile" milestone already with our last child. Time is flying and I want to hold onto to every little moment and savor it and file it away in my growing memory bank. I love these sweet children! Friday, March 25, 2011. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. It's a little big because I made it 6-12 mon...

Saturday, August 20, 2011. 65279;My little beauty is officially 6 months old. To celebrate her newfound status, she woke up with her first tooth on August 16th! How fitting for my big girl. The second bottom tooth is not far behind, and is giving her some trouble, so I hope it pops through soon. Aside from getting new teeth, Ruthie is starting to gather speed with all of her milestones! I'm so thankful to have a daughter who is growing so healthy and big. Wednesday, August 10, 2011. While all of that wa...

Big Blue Eyes - The Roberts Family: February 2011
http://roberts-bigblueeyes.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Sun, Sewing and Sweet Boys. Well tomorrow is my ultrasound-based due date. Forty weeks people! And still baby girl is in my tummy. Is anyone really surprised? I don't know why I constantly convince myself, with all 3 kids, that I'm going to have them early! I realized as I was posting these photos that I never actually posted any from our "ice-pocolypse" from a few weeks ago, where we were literally snowed into our house for 4 days straight! Saturday, February 5, 2011. So toda...

The Fontanas: July 2011
http://thefontanas.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
See what's going on in the world of the Fontanas! Monday, July 25, 2011. We went to visit my grandparents in Shelton in June. It has been a while since Mom updated this thing, eh? I went fishing and here I am being silly. Mom loves this picture. She thinks it's hilarious. :). My Grandpa is fishing for me while I try to catch water striders and dragonflies. Grandma is showing Giana all the baby bullheads that we caught. She really wanted to touch and hold them, so we let her briefly. Look what I caught!

The Fontanas: Cooks in the kitchen
http://thefontanas.blogspot.com/2011/10/cooks-in-kitchen.html
See what's going on in the world of the Fontanas! Friday, October 21, 2011. Cooks in the kitchen. We have started baking our Halloween Boo! Cupcakes this year and we decided to try them as cupcakes too. They didn't turn out so well. They were flat and kind of oozy all the over the pan, but still quite delicious. It sure didn't stop any of us (or Murphy who stole one off the kitchen counter) from inhaling them! Who's ready for Halloween? Maybe this scary Sofia face? Posted by Shannon Fontana. Ethereal tem...

Thoughts from a Storytelling Mommy: Life with Colin
http://colins-mommy.blogspot.com/2013/03/life-with-colin.html
Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Today is Tuesday and Colin is at school. Before he left today, we had the following conversation. Colin, I need to clean the house today. You can't clean up my office. YOU. CAN'T. I have to, honey. I need to vacuum. Fine But I will have to put it all back. And make sure you leave everything together. I also have to mop the kitchen floor. You want to take apart my ship, too? The third set-up currently in play: War Zone set up in our extra bedroom. This one is so full of stuf...
