Melanie . Matt . Adriene . Cooper. Friday, January 28, 2011. A Big Change for the Deedster. I can't believe it but Adriene actually cut her hair! She had been talking about it for about a week and wouldn't stop talking about it. That's how it went down when she got her ears pierced so I figured that she had to be serious. We checked to see if her hair was long enough to donate and sure enough it was! That sealed the deal. Here are some cute pics. Here is the 10 inches that got cut off. D and D blog.

Cooper was interested in eating much so aunt Michelle started this silly game where we gave him random things to eat but made him close his eyes and guess. It went on for a good 10 minutes and was certainly entertaining for the rest of us watching. I had to make the grandkids picture big because they are the most special. I just love all those kids! Cooper is going to be a werewolf and Adriene is going to be a witch. Cooper's costume is simple and inexpensive, and oh so scary! We may have to try it out. 1 lb applewood smoked bacon. 1/2 cup loosely packed dark brown sugar. 3 cup heavy whip cream. 1 vanilla bean, split. 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 4 large egg yolks.
