To achieve a successful transformation a few rules have to be followed. . 1 Train like each workout is your last. 160;   Every workout must count. No saving energy for the next one. 2 Force Adaptation . 3 Minimum volume is four per week . 4 Carbs have to be earned . 5 Intra Workout Carbs (BCAA). 6 Have a precise Goal.
