She and her husband want to fly into San Francisco and travel up the coast (Rt. 101) to Portland. They will be traveling with their daughter, who will be about a year old. They plan to take a couple of days to make the trip. I've never made the trip myself. 10 comments Leave a comment. Feb 19th, 2007 10:01 pm (UTC). LOTS of banana slugs! Proba...

Too long or too narrow? - SCA Heraldic Display
http://heraldicdisplay.livejournal.com/2028.html
Too long or too narrow? Too long or too narrow? Oct 18th, 2007 11:15 pm. I'm fresh from a fun silk banner painting class this last weekend, my household has the 11-yard bolt of 10mm silk from Dharma, dyes and resists galore, now we're wondering about the size of banners? The silk is about 45" wide, so we thought to make 2 pennons side by side, and about 8feet long. (To get 8 total.) But with each one being around 22" wide before finishing, is 8 feet too long? Rules of thumb, anyone?

Stupid text editor that i cannot control. Musings - Viaggiando nel Mondo. Wandering in the sequiter free zone. 04:22 pm April 13th, 2014. Boat Musings, pt 1. Out stateroom is forward, the restaurants are aft. No matter where you want to go, it seems like a ship length to get there. So there is lots of walking, certainly more than I normally do in a day. I counted 250 steps to get from the cabin to the dining rooms, so at minimum I'm getting in1500 steps a day, and I walk a lot more than that. I went on a...

Living life of radical domestic imperfection. Homestead update - winter is upon us. Dec 5th, 2009 at 5:35 PM. The woodstove has been going almost constantly for two weeks now. R's got the knack of stoking the fire so that there are still embers in the morning and gets a slow fire going that lasts until the boy gets home. Nice thing is that we always have hot water for tea now ;-). Kittens are cuter than evah. Gwen (the white demon) is currently laying sprawled out like only a kitten can be. Riple...The k...
