Wed April 1st, 2009. 7:00 AM – Depart from ELHS. 10:30 AM (approx.) – Arrive NYC. 10:45 AM – Split into groups for lunch and sightseeing. 1:30 PM – Meet in front of Vivian Beaumont Theater, Lincoln Center (where buses dropped us off). 2:00 PM – “South Pacific”. 5:15 PM (approx.) – End – “South Pacific”. 5:30 PM (approx.) – Depart NYC. 9:30 PM (approx.) – Return ELHS. Dress for the weather! Bring money for lunch and dinner!

Bus leaves from ELHS for Westfield at 10:30 AM. Audition time is 12:05. We should return around 2:30 (approx.). Good luck to all our musicians! Town Tree Lighting - Fri. 12/3 at 6:00 PM at the Rotary. A small ensemble will be selected to perform at the tree lighting from 6:00 - 7:00. Note: New admission price is $5.00. The Many Hands Piano Recital featuring pianists of all ages will be held on Wednesday November 18th at 7:00 PM in the ELHS Auditorium. This is a terrific recital started by ELHS Alum Julia Merton in her effort to raise money to help restore and refurbish our old Baldwin F - Grand Piano. All pianists are encouraged to perform! On a job well done in our Spring Concert! We have a busy schedule with lots of performances and events. East Longmeadow Memorial Day Service - Full Concert Band Performance. Monday, May 25th. Report time: 10:30 AM. Dress Code: "Concert Casual" - Tan khaki pants, or light colored skirt, white dress shirt or blouse, straight tie for boys.
