Traveling the back roads . . . . Fiction by Karen Hopkins. July 27, 2016. Challenge 1, Group 1: science fiction; include an animal quarantine facility and a scone. Hancock nodded at the skinny, four-eyed public servant and wondered to himself where in the universe they’d found an Isovenutian willing to work in the intermediate space station holding area. But it was good luck for him. Isovenutians weren’t detail oriented, but they did like to deal. And they loved pastry. Don’t call me Mah! They had to pro...

Your mother is finally free, She feels better now, etc. etc.” Quickly I stepped in and told our unhappy friend it’s alright to grieve. Even more, it’s a good thing to express sadness at the death of a loved one. With that she turned to the critical woman and said, “I just miss her,” justifying her feelings. What is it about death? That she will see him again? Let’s cry and laugh together. I smiled...

This is a blog about the days in the lives of two school teachers and their son Boston and the adventures of their dog Gizmo. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. The Easter bunny brought Boston his first baseball glove. He loves it! The best is the glove lights up when you catch the ball. We have played hours of catch. The other day Boston was watching his dad mow the lawn. He insisted that he needed to help. Too bad that won't last until he is old enough to actually mow the lawn. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

This is a blog about the days in the lives of two school teachers and their son Boston and the adventures of their dog Gizmo. Sunday, July 22, 2012. It is my sweet baby's first birthday. All day I have been thinking about the day he was born. It was an amazing day. When he was born and I saw all of his dark brown hair I was shocked. I was thinking, where did all this hair come from? He is the best baby ever. He has such a sweet and pleasant disposition. Happy first birthday, you are loved so much!

This is a blog about the days in the lives of two school teachers and their son Boston and the adventures of their dog Gizmo. Thursday, November 17, 2011. I took Boston trick-or-treating this year. He was so excited to get on his costume. So we set off and went to the first house. He wouldn't even go to the door. Finally after dragging him up the stairs we made it. I thought he will want to go to the next house, because there were more treats. No way! Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Deb and Spence Family.

This is a blog about the days in the lives of two school teachers and their son Boston and the adventures of their dog Gizmo. Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Boston loves his little brother so much. He always wants to hold him. Whenever he holds Zach he always says "take a picture mom." When he is in his face I wish he wouldn't like him so much. My favorite thing he says is "I love my baby Zach Attackers." I love my boys. I feel so lucky to have two cute boys. Stacey and Kyle Nielsen. We are in Lehi now!
