Varm opp slik sukkeret løser seg opp. La fløten nå kokepunktet. Småkok i 2-3 minutter. Ta av platen og tilsett Creme Fraichen. Strø gelantinpulveret over vannet i en ildfast bolle. La det stå litt, før du har bollen over en gryte med varmt/kokende vann. Rør til pulveret er oppløst. Ha gelantinen i blandingen. Ha i glass/former;. Send dette via e-post.
