Proving that anything is possible if you J.F.D.I. Tuesday, 1 May 2012. It may be the end, but it's only the beginning! I was a bundle of nerves this morning when stepping on to the scales. Not only was it the final weigh in day for Round 1 of the 12WBT but I didn't have a great week with my nutrition or exercise. Proving that anything is possible if you J.F.D.I. Run 1km without stopping (outdoors, I can already do this on a treadmill). Complete Tough Bloke Challenge. Participate in a fun run. Weigh 75 Kilos (or less) by 4th July. Continue to update my blog. Attend as many SWSYD group training sessions as possible. Run 3km without stopping. Weigh 68kgs (or less) by 31st August. Participate in Valley Stampede, Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder. Make another video blog. How will I get there? Follow the C25K program.

It’s about time I posted about the amazing weekend I spent in Melbourne with my equally amazing friend, Rachel. We were there to celebrate the end of a fantastic 12WBT round. I felt absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day back in November 2010 however now that I look back on photos, I'm not happy with how I looked. I wish I knew about the 12WBT back then! However, as my darling friend Kathryn pointed out to me this morning "Baby, you may be a year older but I bet your body is feeling younger than you have been for your last 5 birthdays!
