Friday, October 26, 2012. Fall in the Midwest. As much as I would love to see my family regularly, what I truly miss most about living in Colorado. Are the seasons and having my children grow up with similar experiences that I had - raking the leaves and jumping in them, waking up to snow and building snowmen and forts, the first signs of spring. Britton's season is winding down - so sad to see soccer weekends go away. I love. Watching this girl play :) Her team started out a little rough but have really found a rhythm and connection, definitely in sync, passing great now. Thursday, May 17, 2012. Most Hilarious Trip EVER! My BF from Denver came for her annual Spring visit last weekend - we had the MOST HILARIOUS TRIP EVER! So much laughing, my abs hurt. So much fun! It might be a blessing they don't live here or I'd be in trouble :). While the older kids ran around wreaking havoc, Jen and I helped to entertain Megan by drawing her pictures. then she would color them. My girls enjoyed showing off their acrobatics. To Jen and her camera too. Jen called my backyard a CIRCUS.

Thursday, June 27, 2013. The girls had so much fun participating in their first swim season. Both capped off the season with a trophy and special medal for most improved swimmer. I concur - these two have grown so much since they started a mere four weeks ago. Britton has become tight with a fellow super swimmer - Bella :) We are having a great time this summer getting to know her and her family. Britton also completed her first IM - four laps, one lap of each stroke. She was a trooper! A man called ove.

Wednesday, May 22, 2013. We always look forward to Jen and da' boys annual visit in May. This year, her momma made the trip as well as my little sis. good times, late nights, lots of sun and fun!
