A little less than 1 cup sugar. 1 tbsp. baking powder. 2 mashed ripe bananas. 1/4 cup melted butter or veg oil. 1 egg, lightly beaten. Stir until just blended. I haven’t posted here in a looong time. I think I’ve definitely switched back to my livejournal. As much as wordpress is amazing, as the saying goes, you never forget your first love and I couldn’t resist its easy and familiar charm :p. From my high school econ teacher, on my birthday :).
