The Second and Last Al Bell Film Festival was held in Stuart Saints Center on Sunday afternoon, 9/19. An enthusiastic crowd viewed foreign costumes worn by Al and Rhea Bell during their school lectures, artifacts collected from all over the world, original posters, and foreign dolls. "Our mother's dream finally came true! The thrust of this last festival was the debut of 29 Al Bell films, transferred from their brittle 16 mm. condition to dvds.
