BMinerchanges: 5K race on Thanksgiving day
http://bminerchanges.blogspot.com/2009/11/5k-race-on-thanksgiving-day.html
Wednesday, November 25, 2009. 5K race on Thanksgiving day. I am so thankful for my health, and my awareness to be proactive with my body and my life. It has not always been the case, and perhaps because of poor discipline and bad choices that I have made in my life I am genuinely filled with such gratitude and a reverence for how amazing our bodies are at this point in time! I hope everyone has a truly lovely Thanksgiving Day! And to all those who will be racing tomorrow, good luck and have fun! Gearing ...

BMinerchanges: Best pace yet!
http://bminerchanges.blogspot.com/2009/12/best-pace-yet.html
Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Time is moving right along, we have one more week on our current training program, then a week of for holidays and rest! Then December 28th the 4 month marathon training schedule begins. I am so excited! Also, went to a cold weather running clinic last Wednesday and it was really insightful, and opened my eyes up to proper layering of running attire, safety, and some really cool gear! BMinerchanges: September 2009
http://bminerchanges.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Last night I had a great run. I am currently running 13 minutes at a 4.8 pace (treadmill), with a minute of rest and repeat. I am covering roughly 3 miles in 30 minutes. I have officially been bitten once again by the running bug! Quote: "Life takes on meaning when you become motivated, set goals and charge after them in an unstoppable manner.". Friday, September 25, 2009. I think that is awesome! I thought it would be a good idea to post the photos not only for my own sense ...

BMinerchanges: October 2009
http://bminerchanges.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 5, 2009. New friendships and new motivation! This weekend was cool for a couple of reasons;. Saturday morning I did my 1st outside run/walk with 3 newly aquainted awesome women! It was a short 2 mile run/walk, but it felt great to be outside and get to know a little bit about each of the fitness goals of these women. Just remember that you must start with one success, and build on that success to get you motivated and confident enough to tackle that next mountain - whatever it may be!

BMinerchanges: Frustrating challenges and personal milestones...
http://bminerchanges.blogspot.com/2010/02/frustrating-challenges-and-personal.html
Monday, February 1, 2010. Frustrating challenges and personal milestones. So, this has left me with a slower, sluggish-feeling pace.and even though I am trying to get the smoking thing back under control this week, my breathing is labored, and a times painful. I really understand, honestly i do. What feels like huge accomplishments for me at this point (after having been side-lined unvoluntarily), are not accomplishments for her, and I do not want her to feel held back by me in any way! Run to the finish.

BMinerchanges: Double Digits!
http://bminerchanges.blogspot.com/2010/02/double-digits.html
Monday, February 8, 2010. I ran my 1st double digit mileage this past Saturday! I realized that pace is the wrong motivational force for me at this point in my running - I am still relatively new to this way of life. It hasn't even been a whole year, and this is my first marathon, and marathon training! So, I am feeling good right here, right now! And look forward to being prepared for the next challenge tomorrow.and take pride in the victories and learning from the mistakes. February 9, 2010 at 10:24 AM.
