Thursday, August 2, 2012. Let the Learning Begin! All kinds of learning. Going on at the Hawaiian Halsted Hideaway. Big news is the little man started Kindergarten! In other news Alexa has been practicing with a bottle. Daddy finally gets to feed her and mommy "gets" to pump. Daycare and work are fast approaching for the ladies. We need to ensure that we have a good stockpile built up for Alexa and that she can take a bottle without a hitch. So far, so good! Update: Pres had a terrific day!

Sunday, February 13, 2011. Football season ending has also freed up some time. We will take full advantage once winter gives way to spring. Really hoping Mother Nature and the Groundhog are on the same page. Looking towards being in CA April 16-24th, will be home for Chris's birthday for the first time in 17 years. Sunday, January 6, 2013. Wow, the past 2 months flew by! Before I knew it we were into the new year and I was wading through loads of pics. One day I will make this blogging thing a bit more regular. November included a visit from the Borellas, always a fun time. My dad got sick but he still kept up with nerf wars, sight seeing and all the outings we drug him on. It was nice having family here. Our miracle kiddo continues to surprise us everyday, we are still amazed and feel incredibly blessed that we get to have a child. Thanks for the last 4 years Bubbs. Preston was thrilled with his impromptu party celebrated with Lacey, Eric and the McPhersons, as well as, all the loot (thanks everyone! Momma: Do you feel different now that you are four? Preston: I can jump higher and run faster.

Sunday, November 4, 2012. The second half of the month. Held birthday celebrations for Regs, Halloween festivities, our first parent-teacher conference and more of the work/school/weekend routine. Action packed! Regs birthday was an understated affair, nothing big to report but the arrival of a much needed new BBQ. We still owe him his gift. Looking forward to the holidays. Monday, September 12, 2011. Preston started his new gymnastics class at a place called My Gym. We had not heard about this facility but apparently it is a chain. Sunday, January 27, 2013. We figured while Pres was showing interest we would ride the wave. We have started doing home experiments on the weekends. Heck, a budding scientist? Sunday, March 31, 2013. Spring in our Step! Happy Easter to you and yours! High time to do a catch up, we have multiple holidays, events and visits to rehash. Settle in, here is the rundown on the past 2 months and the accompanying photos. We went snorkeling 2 times this past week. We were in the ocean, with plenty of current, plenty of sea life, coral and reef all around and depths in excess of 10'. He did amazing! We are all missing them and thankful for the visit.
