Tim was staying in Calgary for work, so single mom Stef had to manage clearing customs, a layover in Dallas, and a huge suitcase, all with Ella. Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Week 4 - Birthday gifts for Laura. As part of Reggie's birthday, he went to the Royals game with Adam on Saturday, setting up Laura having to watch both kids during the night. Since Henry is potty training, this set up a complete disaster for Laura. By the end of the night, Henry had left two 'gifts' for Laura on the floor, and peed on the couch! Friday, June 7, 2013. Week 6 - More Sippin' and Seein'. This week was a pretty quiet one. The big event was Laura's Kansas City 'Sip and See' on Saturday. Aunt Jen and a few of Laura's close friends jointly hosted the event for Miss Aubrey at Brio. Everyone had a great time! Our old next-door neighbors, Corey and Jill, came by with dinner during the week and to meet Aubrey. Due to Corey's past history with starting home fires, Reggie was on his toes at all times during the visit! At Home With the Cowies.

Friday, September 27, 2013. Week 20 Baptism and Henry's bday. This was a big week for our family. On Sunday, Aubrey was baptized at Visitation. And, contrary to popular belief, Laura did NOT catch fire when she stepped into the church! Aubs was a great 'baptism baby.' She slept through most of it, even when they placed the water on her head. By comparison, Henry screamed and yelled the whole time! Grandma Janith and Aunt Alley with the fam! Seriously, that happened! Some like presents, some like paper!

Monday, October 14, 2013. Week 21 - The week we forgot. So, Aubrey, we apologize to you now that your baby book will not have a picture on this page! This week marked Laura's last full week of maternity leave. This brought with it many things - lots of activities/outings being crammed into the week, lots of tears from Laura, and lots of happy thoughts by Reggie of how great it will be to get two paychecks coming in! Morgan, Shaw, Laura, Aubs, and HBo. All these outings will tucker out a girl out!

Wednesday, July 24, 2013. This week was relatively tame for Aubrey. Laura took her out to lunch with our friend Jerrod so that he could meet out little girl. Luckily, she was very well behaved throughout the lunch! On Friday, Laura lined up a playdate with her friend Morgan and her son Shaw. Both Shaw and Henry are the same age, and both enjoyed the free painting class. The Loreis and the ladies. HBo giving a tour of his old bed to Aubs. Finally, what weekend would be complete without a trip to the pool!

Thursday, September 26, 2013. Week 19 - Did Bella do that? This week Aubrey is four months old! Seems like these first four months with Aubs has flown by even faster than Henry's first four months. With this milestone brought another trip to the doctor (and shots! She is now 25 inches long, which is in the 75th percentile, and weighs 13.9lbs, which is in the 50th percentile. She is definitely outpacing her brother at this point! Aunt Jen teaches Aubrey an important skill.online shopping! Our family of 4.

Thursday, June 27, 2013. Week 10 This Girl can eat. On Saturday we hit up brunch with Aunt Jen and her friend Sara (Henry's old flame). Aubrey was very well mannered, especially considering her big brother kept sticking his face in front of hers and singing and messing with her Wub-a-nub! Friday, July 12, 2013. Week 12 - Back to the 'Lou. So we pulled off and stopped at a gas station/repair shop/tractor sales place just west of the river. Stopping there threw off the rest of the timing. Monday, August 12, 2013. Week 16 - Grabbing everything! Have we mentioned Henry loves being with his sis on the activity mat! Each week during the summer, Henry's daycare goes on a different Wednesday field trip. This week took him to Legoland, so Laura and Aubs loaded up and went along for the ride!
