Sunday, August 16, 2009. If you have zucchini's coming out your ears then freeze it for whipping up a yummy. Take a shredder and shred 2 cups per freezer bag. 3 eggs 1 tea salt 2 tea vanilla. 2 c sugar 2 c. shredded zucchini. 1 c oil 3 tea. cinnamon. 1/2 tea baking powder. 2 tea baking soda. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Make sure to grease and flour your bunt pan before you pour your mix. This will help to keep it from sticking. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Posted by White Bear Dog.
