Pretty ribbons tied up into bows gracing the tops of our heads, rolled up socks and saddle shoes, these are the kind of things that make my heart light up with joy and dreaminess. I adore the whole 1940's Bobby Soxer look! It had been a while since I wore ribbons in my hair. In fact, I can't remember when the last time was. You should have seen the look on my face when my best friend brought over a late Christmas present for. And just like that I felt like a vintage sweetheart!

Thursday, August 15, 2013. Fly on Little Wing. This is a look I did a while back, that I never got to posting! It's a 1960's Mod cut crease eye with a peachy creamsicle colored lip. I'm a firm believer that every cutie should have this makeup staple in their arsenal! Now, this can be a tricky look, but with a little practice and understanding of your eye shape this can quickly become a 10 minute face! I speak from experience, haha! Tuesday, July 30, 2013. I've Told Every Little Star. I'm the kinda gal who only ever gets her haircut once a year, and it's usually around July/August! As you guys could see, I needed one badly! Now, it's no secret that I enjoy big hair. Bouffants and Beehives make my heart go pitter patter! I don't know what it is. As a child I would hear stories from my mother about her Aunt's having sky high hair! Long full false eyelashes, pink frosty lipstick, sequins, and skin tight skirts! How cute are these looks!

Sunday, May 13, 2012. The bigger the better, I always say! So I turned on The Ronettes, and got to styling! I think it took about 30 minutes to do. I was playing around with it to see what looked best. I think I've finally got a set way of achieving it! So I'm actually rocking the beehive again today. I wanted to style my hair like this everyday for a week, to make sure I got the hang of it. I'm planning on filming a tutorial at the end to share with you guys! Well here's a video of me being a goofball!

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. So I'm really sad to say that our family Chow Chow Bee Bee died yesterday. Now I know that some people think it's ridiculous to be so devastated when losing a pet, but Bee Bee was. This was her smiling face I adored so much. And Bee Bee not too amused on Christmas aha. Not a pleasant suprise. She rolled around in dirt and decided to take a nap on my bed. I was NOT a happy camper. But looking back on it now I find it kinda funny. I Love you Bee Bee Girl. RIP 12/25/96 - 4/25/11.
