I love that about life right now.always trying something new. Pinterest has only added to the addiction with hundreds of recipes that I want to try but shouldn't try because GOOD GOLLY they're all desserts. But, I stumbled upon a recipe for Bang Bang shrimp. 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled. Vegetable oil, if frying. 1/2 C mayo (I use Kraft Olive oil version). 1 egg, beaten.

Seriously SO glad I downloaded his album Be Good. Before our Europe trip. Makes for some good listening on that long travel day. Try his song "Real Good Hands." He doesn't disappoint.
