Part of the reason that I haven’t kept up with daily posting, besides life situations like a leaky roof which have gotten a hold of my attention is that there has been surprisingly little to report. I continue to feel better, and this diet has become so routine, I’m rarely tempted to eat otherwise. So far, so great!
