Rolfing initiates changes at a fundamental level that will continue to shift for months after the session. Must I commit to 10 sessions? You do not have to take 10 sessions. While Rolfing is most effective when the whole series is complete, you can see benefits even with fewer sessions. I recommend taking at least sessions 1 - 3 and notice how your body responds.
